Not that this has anything to do with Homework Club, but I was playing this a month ago, and couldn't do the jumping on the turtle thing anymore and it was driving me up the wall. I could do that with no problem when I was a kid though. Anyways here is a video of somebody doing the turtle trick over and over again.
